Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator of StellaAi (the “Service”) and the users who use the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service” means online content and features provided by the operator, including tarot readings, saju, and community functions.
  2. “User” means any member or guest who agrees to these Terms and accesses the Service.
  3. “Content” includes text, images, audio, video, and all materials provided in or uploaded to the Service.

Article 3 (Posting and Changes)

  1. The operator posts these Terms on the Service home screen or a linked page for easy access.
  2. The operator may amend the Terms within applicable laws and will announce changes at least 7 days in advance (30 days for material or unfavorable changes).
  3. Users who do not agree may stop using the Service and delete their account; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Article 4 (Account and Security)

  1. Users apply for membership per the operator’s procedure; approval may be deferred or rejected when necessary.
  2. Users are responsible for managing their account and access credentials and may not lend or transfer them to others.
  3. Upon learning of unauthorized use, users must promptly notify the operator and follow provided guidance.

Article 5 (Use of Service)

  1. The operator may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, replacement, failures, or communication issues.
  2. Free features may change or cease per policy without separate compensation.
  3. Users must comply with laws, these Terms, and posted guidelines and must not infringe rights or violate public order.

Article 6 (Paid Features and Payment)

  1. Paid content and subscriptions are processed via app marketplaces (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) or Stripe.
  2. Users must review product details, price, and conditions before purchase; refunds follow each marketplace’s rules and applicable laws.
  3. If fraudulent or illegal payment is identified, the operator may terminate the contract or restrict use.

Article 7 (Content Rights)

  1. Copyright and intellectual property for Service content belong to the operator or rightful holders.
  2. Users retain rights to content they post; the operator may use it non-exclusively for Service operation and promotion.
  3. Users must not post content that infringes others’ rights and bear legal responsibility for any disputes.

Article 8 (Privacy)

The operator complies with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy to protect personal data. See the policy for details on collection, use, sharing, and retention.

Article 9 (Restrictions)

  1. The operator may restrict or terminate use without notice if a user:
    • Violates these Terms or policies
    • Uses illegal programs, hacks, or exploits vulnerabilities
    • Infringes others’ rights or reputation
    • Engages in conduct against public order or morals
  2. The operator will notify the restriction, reason, and appeal process by reasonable means such as email.

Article 10 (Disclaimers)

  1. The operator is not liable when Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters or DDoS attacks.
  2. The operator is not responsible for service failures caused by the user’s fault.
  3. Unless required by law, the operator is not liable for loss of expected benefits.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. The operator endeavors to address legitimate feedback or complaints.
  2. Disputes are resolved by mutual consultation; if unresolved, jurisdiction follows applicable law.

Article 12 (Miscellaneous)

  1. Matters not stated herein follow relevant laws or Service notices and policies.
  2. The operator may collaborate with partners and suppliers as needed for stable Service delivery.
