1. Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions for using the Stellai app, website, and related services provided by StellaAi (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”), including the rights and responsibilities of the Company and users, payments and rewards, content use, and limits of responsibility.
The Service provides cat tarot readings, card interpretations, AI-generated reading text, ad-supported access, paid items, and related digital content.
2. Definitions
- “Service” means the cat tarot readings and related digital content provided through the Stellai app and website.
- “User” means any person who uses the Service, whether registered or not.
- “Member” means a user who uses the Service after logging in or creating an account.
- “Content” means card images, card descriptions, reading results, phrases, text, screens, data, designs, and other materials provided or generated within the Service.
- “AI Content” means reading text and interpretations automatically generated based on a user’s question, selected cards, language setting, reading conditions, or similar input.
- “Paid Item” means any item available for purchase within the Service, including subscriptions, coins, passes, ad removal, and premium features.
- “Reward” means coins, tokens, passes, or feature access granted through ad viewing, operator grants, events, or similar methods.
3. Posting and Changes to the Terms
- We post these Terms in the app or on the website so users can review them easily.
- We may update these Terms when the Service, operating policies, payment methods, security needs, or similar circumstances change.
- For material changes, we will provide notice through the app, website, email, notice screen, or another reasonable method.
- If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service or delete your account.
- If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you will be treated as having accepted the updated Terms.
4. Account and Security
- You may create an account or log in using the methods provided by the Company.
- You are responsible for managing your account and login credentials.
- You may not lend, transfer, sell, or share your account with another person.
- If you believe your account has been compromised or used by someone else, you should notify us.
- We may restrict account access if we reasonably suspect misuse, security risk, false information, payment abuse, reward manipulation, or similar conduct.
5. Provision of the Service
- We provide cat tarot readings, card interpretations, AI-generated reading text, saved reading features, ad-supported free access, paid features, and related functions.
- Some features may require login, ad viewing, coin use, paid purchase, or subscription.
- We may change features, screens, prices, item structures, supported languages, reading methods, ad methods, reward policies, or similar elements for service improvement, security, server operations, app marketplace policies, ad network policies, AI API availability, or related reasons.
- Free features, beta features, and ad-supported features may be changed or discontinued depending on operating policies or technical conditions.
- All or part of the Service may be temporarily limited due to server maintenance, failures, security response, app marketplace issues, ad network issues, AI API issues, network problems, or similar events.
6. Nature of AI Readings and Tarot Content
Important: Stellai readings are for entertainment, self-reflection, journaling, and reference. They do not replace professional judgement.
- Stellai tarot readings, card interpretations, and AI-generated reading text are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, journaling, reference, and interactive experience.
- Reading results do not replace professional judgement in areas such as medical care, mental health, law, tax, investment, finance, insurance, employment, real estate, safety, education, immigration, or disputes.
- You should not use the Service as the only basis for important decisions.
- AI Content is automatically generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or different from your intent.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability, or achievement of any specific result from AI Content.
- You should not enter sensitive or unnecessary information, including government identification numbers, passport numbers, bank account numbers, card numbers, passwords, detailed health information, another person’s personal information, or trade secrets.
7. Paid Items, Coins, Passes, and Rewards
- The Service may offer paid items such as coins, passes, subscriptions, ad removal, and premium features.
- Paid items are processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another payment method connected by the Company.
- Before purchasing, you should check the item name, price, granted amount, use conditions, expiration period, auto-renewal status, and refund conditions.
- For items purchased through an app marketplace, cancellations, refunds, and payment errors are generally handled according to that marketplace’s policies and procedures.
- Digital content already used, coins already consumed, passes already used, ad rewards already granted, or access rights lost due to user responsibility may be limited from restoration or refund.
- Coins, tokens, passes, and ad rewards may be used only within the Service and are not cash, electronic money, prepaid cards, or financial products.
- Unless we expressly allow it, coins, tokens, passes, and rewards may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, pledged, or converted outside the Service.
- Ad rewards may be delayed or fail due to the ad SDK, advertiser, ad network, server verification, device status, network status, invalid traffic review, or similar reasons.
- If a verifiable normal completion record is confirmed, we will reasonably review and address reward delivery issues.
- If a user obtains or manipulates payments, refunds, ad rewards, coins, passes, or rewards through improper means, we may cancel grants, recover balances, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate the agreement.
8. Ads and External Services
- The Service may show ads to support free access, provide rewards, and cover operating costs.
- Personalised ad settings may be managed through app settings, operating system settings, or consent screens provided by ad networks.
- You may still be able to use basic features without consenting to personalised ads, but some ad-supported free features or reward features may be limited.
- The Service may integrate with external services such as Firebase, Google Play, Apple App Store, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, generative AI APIs, analytics tools, and security tools.
- The terms and policies of those external providers may also apply when you use related features.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
- Rights to the Service name, logo, UI, design, card images, software, database, basic content, and editorial structure belong to the Company or the lawful rights holder.
- Rights to user input such as questions, text, and settings generally belong to the user.
- You allow the Company to process user input to the extent necessary to provide, save, synchronise, process with AI, review for security, support customers, and improve quality.
- AI reading results generated by the Service may be used by you for personal and non-commercial purposes.
- You may not mass copy, automatically collect, resell, commercially exploit, collect for model training, or use Service content to develop a competing service without prior permission from the Company.
- You may not input, post, or share content that infringes another person’s copyright, privacy, reputation, likeness, trade secrets, or other rights.
10. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating applicable rules, these Terms, app marketplace policies, or Company instructions.
- Using or stealing another person’s account, payment method, or personal information.
- Entering false information, making fraudulent payments, abusing refunds, manipulating rewards, or attempting to manipulate ledger records.
- Using macros, bots, automation tools, abnormal API calls, reverse engineering, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
- Interfering with Service operations or burdening servers, networks, or security systems.
- Infringing another person’s rights, reputation, privacy, or personal information.
- Entering or sharing inappropriate content, including hate, violence, sexually explicit content, stalking, self-harm encouragement, or criminal methods.
- Presenting Service results as professional advice or reselling them commercially.
- Mass collecting or externally using the Service, content, data, or AI results without prior permission from the Company.
11. Use Restrictions
- We may restrict use of the Service if we determine that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct or creates a risk to Service operations.
- Restrictions may include warnings, content removal, reward hold, coin or reward recovery, feature limitations, account suspension, or termination.
- When needed, we will provide the reason for the restriction and how to object through email, app notice, screen notice, or another reasonable method.
- For security incidents, misuse, risk of evidence destruction, or urgent harm prevention, we may take action without prior notice.
12. Privacy
- We process personal information only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
- Our collection, use, storage, deletion, use of external services, processing of advertising identifiers, and account deletion methods are described in the Privacy Policy.
- You should not enter sensitive or unnecessary personal information while using the Service.
13. Account Deletion
- You may request account deletion from the app settings.
- If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing stellaai.labs@gmail.com.
- When your account is deleted, account information, reading history, user settings, and other information stored for Service use will be deleted.
- Some records needed for payments, refunds, dispute response, fraud prevention, or security verification may be retained for a necessary period.
- After account deletion, previous reading history, coins, passes, rewards, subscription status, and settings may not be recoverable.
14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Responsibility
- We provide the Service in its currently available condition.
- We do not guarantee that the Service will always operate without interruption or error, on every device, or for your particular purpose.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by user input, decisions made based on Service results, failures or policy changes of third-party services, or processing results by ad networks or app marketplaces, unless the issue is caused by our responsible conduct.
- We are not responsible when Service provision is difficult due to causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, cloud failures, app marketplace failures, ad network failures, payment provider failures, AI API failures, security attacks, or government actions.
- Where our responsibility is recognized, the scope of responsibility is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred.

- We will review and respond to reasonable inquiries and complaints within a reasonable scope.
- If a dispute arises between the Company and a user, both sides will first try to resolve it through discussion.
